Awards
- An award will be established to recognize a school or state chapter for conducting a community health service project that focuses on older adults
- Raise student awareness about careers in geriatric nursing and inspire innovation with a poster contest to be judged at the Annual Convention
- Fund two scholarship awards for students interested in geriatric nursing (one in 2006 and one in 2007)
